Veil Breech

In Opaline, the Veil is not a suggestion~it is the fragile boundary that keeps the world intact. The supernatural must never be laid bare before human eyes; panic, disbelief, and obsession are far more dangerous than ignorance ever was. A single breach can ripple outward, drawing attention from beyond the valley, destabilizing the delicate balance between lineages, and awakening forces better left sleeping beneath stone and root. For those in municipal roles, this truth is absolute: what you witness is not always what you report, and what you report must always protect the Veil. Should that boundary falter, swift, deliberate action is required~what follows are the standard operating procedures for municipal professionals when confronted with a Veil breach.

This system measures pressure, not punishment.

• Explanations stick
• Supernatural fades

âž¡ No lasting consequence.

VEIL ESCALATION NOTES

• Police do not control the Veil
